BEST is a Shenzhen-based commercial display manufacturer founded in 2013. We build LCD digital signage, LED displays, and interactive terminals for integrators, brands, and distributors worldwide — with OEM and ODM work at the core of what we do. Around 70–80% of our output is exported, reaching customers in more than 60 countries across Southeast Asia, Russia, Europe, and the Americas.

This page explains what we can customize, how our process works, and what we need from you to quote accurately.

What We Customize

Sizes from 10.1" to 115". Our standard range covers indoor and outdoor LCD digital signage, but the enclosure and display format are not fixed. If your project needs a specific diagonal, aspect ratio, or form factor — floor-standing, wall-mounted, or freestanding — tell us the requirement and our engineering team will assess it.

Enclosure and cabinet design. We operate our own sheet metal workshop, which means housings, frames, and mounting structures are fabricated in-house rather than outsourced. This gives us control over fit, finish, and tolerance — and makes it practical to adjust a cabinet design for your installation conditions.

Brightness matched to the environment. Displays behave differently in a shaded indoor lobby, a sunlit shop window, and an open outdoor plaza. We offer indoor brightness of 350–700 nits, window-facing panels at 2000–3000 nits, and outdoor configurations at 2500–5000 nits. Outdoor units can be built to IP65 or IP66 protection.

Touch integration. Touch screen tables and interactive kiosks are part of our regular catalog, and touch can be integrated into most custom formats — including self-order kiosks and digital podiums.

Player and platform requirements. Share your operating system, CMS, ports and software requirements. Compatibility and the scope of integration must be confirmed for the selected configuration.

Branding requirements. Send your enclosure, logo and interface requirements for feasibility review.

How Our OEM/ODM Process Works

1. Inquiry with drawings or requirements. Send what you have — a drawing, a reference product, or a written specification. If you only have performance requirements, that is enough to start.

2. Engineering review. Our team reviews feasibility, proposes a configuration, and confirms the details that affect tooling, structure, and electronics.

3. Prototype or sample. Request a sample for evaluation. MOQ starts at 1 piece on published product pages; custom tooling, sample availability and project terms require confirmation.

4. Mass production. After sample approval, production runs in our facility, which includes a sheet metal workshop, clean room, and aging/test rooms. We also maintain laboratories for waterproofing, high/low temperature, vibration, shock, salt spray, and solar radiation testing.

Lead times are confirmed at the inquiry stage and depend on the configuration and current production schedule.

What We Need From You

To quote accurately, we ask for four things:

Size — diagonal in inches, or the target enclosure dimensions
Environment — indoor, window-facing, or outdoor; expected ambient light and weather exposure
Quantity — prototype quantity and expected production volume
Interface requirements — touch or non-touch, player platform (Android/Windows), ports, mounting, and any signal inputs your installation requires

The more detail you provide, the faster our engineering review can move.

What We Do Not Do

Confirm the scope of hardware, player and application integration before ordering. Share your software provider’s requirements so compatibility can be assessed.

We also do not make promises we cannot verify. Delivery dates, pricing, and customization feasibility are confirmed per project after engineering review. We do not publish blanket service-level guarantees, and we do not quote certificate numbers on this page — CE, FCC, RoHS, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certificates are available upon request.
